Add the app to your home screen
This app works by sending you gentle reminders to go for a walk, log your steps and keep your streak going. Phones only deliver those notifications reliably to apps on the home screen, so installing it is what makes it effective.
On Android or desktop
- Open the browser menu (⋮) and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Open the installed app and log in.
- Turn on notifications when the app asks.
On iPhone or iPad
Open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Open it from your home screen and enable notifications.
You can still log in here first; the app will remind you how to install it.
